Spa Etiquette
• Please arrive 30 minutes early for your appointment to fill out the forms necessary for your treatment, as well to enjoy a complimentary beverage.
• Late arrivals will receive their service but your appointment will be limited.
• Please call to cancel your appointment 48 hrs in advance in the unfortunate event that you are unable to keep your appointment.
• Please remove shoes and use spa slippers provided for you. Return spa shoes to your aesthetician when service is completed or you will be charged for them.
• Your consideration of staff & fellow clients is appreciated.
• Children under 12 are welcomed by appointment only & must be accompanied by an adult.
• You are in a professional spa environment which provides the utmost professional therapeutic or spa service, please turn cell phone and other electronic devices off. If you are expecting an important call our concierge will be pleased to answer for you.
• Spa Vitality is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• We are a non-smoking facility; smoking is not permitted on the premises or grounds.
• Gratuities & taxes are not included. A 20% gratuity will be applied to groups for your convince.

Cancelation Notice
In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment we require at least 48 hour notice. In case of a same day cancelation or you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service.
